“Hereʼs one of those moments that I relish in my everyday life: One day I
welcomed two American ladies who wanted to book accommodation. While
making the reservation, they listened carefully to what I was saying. They
then told me that they heard me saying «du coup» quite often and they
wanted to know what it meant. Next they asked me to teach them vowel
pronunciation in French. We spent some time articulating and… LAUGHING!
